SHRED16 starts on 23 March and runs for 16 weeks, peaking on 13th July. There are only 20 spaces and the intake closes when they're full — there's no second chance to join this cohort. You'll receive your full programme within 24 hours of signing up.
It's a group cohort with individual coaching. Everyone starts at the same time and goes through the programme together — but your training plan, nutrition, and check-ins are all built specifically for you. You get the energy of a group with the attention of 1:1.
It means your programme is built from scratch, specifically for you — not adapted from a template. Your training is designed around your schedule, equipment, and fitness level. Your nutrition is built around your body, food preferences, and lifestyle. Nothing is copy-pasted from another client's plan.
No. SHRED16 is built around your current level — whether you've never set foot in a gym or you've been training for years. Your programme is built for where you are, not where someone else is.
Training is typically 3–5 sessions per week, 45–75 minutes each. The weekly check-in takes around 10 minutes. Everything else is designed to fit into your life, not the other way around.
Travel is factored in. We adjust your training and nutrition around trips so that a holiday or work trip doesn't derail your progress. You won't be starting from scratch after every flight.

The goal is that you won't need to come back — because you'll understand your body well enough to maintain what you've built. Many clients continue coaching after the programme, but that's the choice, not the expectation.
