SHRED16 starts on 23 March and runs for 16 weeks, peaking on 13th July. You'll receive your full programme within 24 hours of signing up so you can hit the ground running from day one.
It means your programme is built specifically for you — not adapted from a template. Your training is designed around your schedule, equipment, and fitness level. Your nutrition is built around your body, food preferences, and lifestyle. Nothing is copy-pasted.
Your training programme will be built around the time you have available — typically 3–5 sessions per week, 45–75 minutes each. The check-in process takes around 10 minutes per week. Everything else is designed to fit into your life, not the other way around.
You'll finish SHRED16 in better shape, with better habits, and a clear understanding of what it takes to maintain your results. Continuation coaching options are available at the end of the programme for those who want ongoing support.
