FAQs
Do I need experience in the gym?
Nope! You don’t need to be a pro - I’ll create your plan based on your experience. If you’re new-ish, you might decide to keep going after the 16 weeks to build even more confidence, but there’s no pressure to.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes – having access to a gym means we can use all the right equipment to get you the best results.
Do I need to live in the UK?
Not at all – I work with clients online, so as long as you’ve got a gym and Wi-Fi, we’re good to go wherever you are.
What if I travel during the program?
Travel happens – and learning to handle it is how we build long-term results. I’ll help you plan ahead and make smart adjustments so you can keep making progress, even when life’s busy.
Is this a group program or 1:1?
It’s full 1:1 coaching - everything is built around you and your goals, no cookie-cutter plans here.
Do I have to follow a strict diet?
Nope! You’ll get access to all my nutrition resources (including 75+ recipes) so you can eat in a way that works for your life and still see results.
How much time will I need each week?
Most clients train 3–4 times a week, with up to 1–2 cardio sessions if we’re focusing on fat loss. Don’t worry, I’ll help you figure out what works best for your schedule.
